Do tej pory nie mieliśmy żadnych doświadczeń ze współpracą z projektantami wnętrz, więc gdy pan Klaudiusz z DD Projekt powiedział, że ma dla nas osobę, która dobrze się tutaj sprawdzi, nie do końca wiedzieliśmy, czego się spodziewać. Na szczęście absolutnie się nie zawiedliśmy.
Nasze wyobrażenie o pracy projektantów opierało się głównie na tym, co widzieliśmy w internecie oraz na opowieściach znajomych, którzy często narzekali, że ważniejsza jest wizja projektanta niż realne potrzeby klienta. Tutaj od samego początku było inaczej – czuliśmy, że jesteśmy naprawdę słuchani.
Po wypełnieniu ankiety, pomiarach mieszkania i pierwszym spotkaniu pani Magda przystąpiła do pracy. Mimo że przez obowiązki zawodowe nie zawsze odpowiadaliśmy od razu, projekt powstawał w spokojnej, partnerskiej atmosferze. Efekt końcowy w pełni wynagrodził czas oczekiwania – otrzymaliśmy projekt idealnie dopasowany do nas, funkcjonalny i bardzo przemyślany pod kątem wykorzystania przestrzeni.
Ogromnym plusem była umiejętność doradzania i zatrzymywania nas w momentach, gdy jakiś pomysł mógłby się nie sprawdzić w praktyce. Jednocześnie nigdy nie mieliśmy poczucia, że ktoś próbuje nam cokolwiek narzucić czy „sprzedać” droższe rozwiązania bez sensu. Bardzo doceniamy też uwzględnienie naszych kotów w projekcie – to detal, który pokazał, jak indywidualnie pani Magda podchodzi do klientów.
Również ekipa wykończeniowa DD Projekt spisała się znakomicie – wszystkie prace były wykonywane terminowo, starannie i zgodnie z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Z efektu końcowego jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, a dodatkowo mogliśmy liczyć na drobne poprawki już po wprowadzeniu się do mieszkania, co bardzo ułatwiło nam osiedlenie się w nowym wnętrzu.
Czy wszystko było w 100% idealne? Pojawiły się drobne kwestie, które mogły zostać lepiej dopilnowane, ale finalnie zostały rozwiązane i nie wpłynęły na naszą ogólną ocenę współpracy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni zarówno z efektu końcowego, jak i z całego procesu pracy z panią Magdą i zespołem DDprojekt.

D&D Projekt, based in Kraków at 11 Krakusa Street and in Wieliczka at 23 Św. Barbary Street, carried out the finishing work on a new flat at Żabiniec Street in Kraków in February and March 2014. The flat of 38.9 m2 was handed over in a developer's state. D&D Projekt proposed a comprehensive finishing of the apartment and supervised every stage of the work.
Thanks to the company D&D Projekt for professionally carrying out renovation work on the rooms used by the charges of the „Beautiful Angels” association. The refurbishment was carried out as part of the „Sunny Rooms” campaign, which aims to help the youngest.
D&D Projekt carried out a renovation in a 90m2 flat located in Kraków on Chmieleniec Street between 2 July and 3 August 2012. The works included: replacing floors on half of the flat's surface, general renovation of one of the bathrooms, moving a wall in the kitchen, repairing damage to walls, ceilings and painting the whole flat.
In the period from 01.12.2013 to 20.01.2014, the company D&D Projekt carried out a comprehensive finishing of a flat in developer condition, with an area of 65.5m2. The scope of work included, among other things: demolition of partition walls together with brickwork for new ones, alterations to the plumbing system, alterations to the central heating system, painting of walls, comprehensive finishing of the bathroom.
