Turnkey renovation

No, we are not a typical renovation and finishing or renovation and construction company. Our speciality is comprehensive interior design - from concept to turnkey completion. Instead, we cooperate with proven work teams headed by competent foremen. They carry out renovation, construction and finishing services in accordance with our project assumptions, schedule and standards.

Thanks to our experience, we know the realities of the market, we understand the art of construction, and the building and finishing materials we use are already carefully selected and tested by us. We coordinate the entire process - so we can, with a clear conscience, hand over to our customers an interior that is not only well designed, but also reliably and efficiently executed.

The basic division of our services is:

Turnkey finishes: We place in your hands an interior ready to be furnished. Walls, floors, bathroom, doors, lighting - all done according to the design. Now you can complete the space with furniture and accessories according to your own taste.

Finishes to live in: We give you an interior fully furnished and ready to move in. It includes everything that a basic turnkey finish doesn't: bespoke and free-standing furniture, white goods, curtains, decorations, accessories. Just pick up your suitcase and move in.

We take full responsibility for the project and its implementation until the interior is ready for handover.

We take care of everything: from the concept, to the choice of materials, to the renovation work carried out by reliable teams. The customer does not have to organise contractors or keep track of deadlines on his own - we coordinate the whole process.

The renovation process begins with an inventory of the existing condition and the development of a detailed design with visualisations and technical documentation. Once the design has been approved, the dismantling work: removal of old cladding, partitions, installations and surface protection. This is followed by new installations: electrical, plumbing, central heating, ventilation and possibly air conditioning and smart home systems. These are followed by construction work - New partition walls, screed, plaster, plasterboard, plasterboard, plasterboard and painting. Floors, internal doors, sanitary ceramics, light fittings and white goods are installed next.

If agreed, the production of bespoke furniture - made on the basis of previous measurements and designs - is carried out in parallel. The assembly of this furniture (kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes, wardrobes, RTV fittings) takes place after the wet work and floor assembly have been completed.

In the „to live in” option, we additionally take care of the installation of household appliances, setting up the mobile furniture, completing the interior with accessories, textiles and decorations. The interior is ready to move in.

We finish each job with a quality check, cleaning and technical acceptance of the entire interior.

Yes - we always tailor the scope and level of fit-out to the client's needs and capabilities. Although we are not a renovation company ourselves, we coordinate complex renovations and finishes where both the quality of the materials and the consistency of the whole are important. We work with both premium solutions and proven, reasonably priced products that meet our workmanship standards.

We specialise in the comprehensive realisation of entire flats and houses - from the first sketch to the handover of the finished interior. We do not carry out single rooms.

Yes, such realisations are possible - we determine this on a case-by-case basis. It all depends on the scope and scale of the project. If you are planning a larger investment and want a comprehensive service - we will be happy to discuss the possibilities of cooperation outside of Małopolska.
