Already at this stage, we provide a cost forecast with a tolerance of ±10%, and provide a detailed cost estimate within 2-3 days of gathering all the necessary information.

The investor receives visualisations, a timetable and the documents necessary for implementation.

The execution time depends, among other things, on the scale of the investment and the nature of the building. Designing hotel interiors is a process that involves many stages - from concept, through detailed design, to supervising the implementation. At the very beginning of our cooperation, we present a timetable adapted to the specifics of the project, which makes the entire process predictable and well-planned.
Are you developing a technological design for a shop, bakery or surgery?
Yes - we prepare a complete technological design for a shop, catering outlet or medical facility. We take into account the sanitary, ventilation and installation guidelines, as well as the applicable industry regulations (e.g. GIS, HACCP, sanepid). On the basis of the functional layout, we create the documentation necessary for the realisation and acceptance of the premises.
