After your call or e-mail, we will answer all your questions

We will ask for details such as the metre, floor, condition of the property, planned date, presence of a lift, scope of work, possession of the project and a pre-size projection of the flat. We respond to email enquiries from Monday to Friday. In case of a missed call - we will call you back.

If you are unable to discuss the details over the phone, we invite you to meet us at our office or online

We will then provide you with a full step-by-step implementation process to allay any doubts.

At this stage we estimate the time and cost of implementation. The offer includes cost forecasts with a tolerance of ±10%

We will provide you with a detailed estimate within 2-3 days of receiving all the necessary information.

Terms and conditions and contract

We discuss the terms and conditions of the collaboration, answer any questions about the contract and establish a payment schedule to ensure that the collaboration is completely clear and comfortable.

Let's move into action!

Preparation of the detailed design is approximately 30 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

This includes visualisations - i.e. what your flat will look like after the renovation, a technical design - i.e. a projection on the walls, gas and heat installations, etc., and a list of equipment and materials needed, along with their costs.

Turnkey completion

We then proceed to implementation, which takes up to 6 weeks from the acceptance of the detailed design.
