Initial concept

We carefully measure the space and analyse its potential. On this basis, we create an initial office concept - ergonomic, functional and consistent with the company's image. We take into account work, meeting and relaxation areas, tailored to the needs of the team. Already at this stage, we provide a cost forecast with a tolerance of ±10%, and provide a detailed cost estimate within 2-3 days of receiving all the information.

Office design ready to go

We work out all the details - from the choice of materials, colours and lighting, to the furniture layout and finishing details. This is the moment when the project takes shape and you receive a visualisation of the interior, a work schedule and a contract proposal. We make sure that the space not only looks good, but also supports daily work and is tailored to the needs of the team.

Time to deliver!

Once the detailed design is approved, we proceed with the implementation - the whole process takes a maximum of 6 weeks for small areas, and you are kept informed of the progress. We coordinate all stages of the finishing work, ensuring quality workmanship and timeliness.

We put a ready-made office in your hands. It's a space where you can brew your first coffee, convene your team for a meeting and jot down new ideas on the whiteboard.

How long does it take to design office interiors?

It depends on the size of the office, the scope of the work and the decisions on the client's side. If the contract is for a larger space or an office in a new building (e.g. in a development state, requiring a full installation and fit-out project), the time may be longer, but we always communicate this clearly at the start of the collaboration.

Does the office design take into account the needs of employees?

Our priority is to create a space tailored to people. At the start, we gather information about the team's working style, the type of positions, the needs of the different departments, the mode of collaboration (stationary, hybrid, remote), as well as the challenges in the current office. With us, office design is not just a matter of aesthetics. It is an arrangement that really supports the comfort and efficiency of daily work.

What is complex office design?

We offer a complete service: from office design and office interior design to coordinating the implementation and creating a space that is ready to work from day one. You are in constant contact with us, you know what stage we are at, you make decisions at key moments. You don't have to deal with coordinating contractors or keeping an eye on deadlines.

Do you help with the selection of furniture and furnishings?

The selection of furniture, lighting and furnishings is an integral part of the office design. On the basis of the team's budget and working style, we advise on specific solutions: ergonomic workstations, furniture for communal areas, meeting rooms, relaxation areas, kitchens, customised built-ins. Our office interior designs are guided by the latest trends, but above all by the practical needs of the team. Our priority is for the new space to realistically support daily work.

What is the collaboration like during implementation?

We keep you updated on progress and are in constant contact. Meetings take place at your convenience - in our office, online or at the project site. We coordinate the execution work, keep an eye on quality and deadlines. Our realisations include new space as well as modernisations of existing offices.

What are the costs of the office project?

The cost depends on the square footage, the scope of work and the expected standard of finish. After the first meeting, we prepare a clear quote - no hidden costs or unnecessary generalities. We work flexibly: we adapt the scope and solutions to your budget and needs. We need 2-3 days to prepare a complete quote. You know where you stand right from the start - no lengthy analyses or surprises during the process.

Do you also carry out projects outside Krakow?

Yes - we also carry out office projects outside of Krakow and the Malopolska Region. On a daily basis we design offices in Krakow and its surroundings, but more and more often we cooperate with clients from other cities. Each such realisation is considered individually - we take into account the scale of the investment, the schedule and the scope of services.
