It all starts with a conversation - about the standard of finish, the scope of work, the style of interior design and the budget you want to allocate. We ask how many people will be using it, whether you need a separate wardrobe, a work area, additional lighting points or bespoke built-ins. The more specific you are at the outset, the better the tailored design and the smoother the implementation.
We look at the flat or its blueprints, analyse the technical aspects and prepare a concept for the finish - if the construction is still in progress, we may still be able to change the layout of the partition walls or the layout of the electrical installation.
We create an interior design with specific solutions - we choose materials, colours, lighting, ceramic or gres tiles, skirting boards, doors and floors. We show visualisations, the schedule of works and the final cost of finishing the flat in a developer state.

We treat each project individually, therefore, we adjust the schedule to a specific flat and arrangements with the customer. Already at the beginning of our cooperation, we plan the finishing stages in detail, including installation work, wall finishing, floor assembly, carpentry and equipment installation. As a result, the whole process runs smoothly and according to the agreed schedule, and you can plan in advance to receive your finished flat.
Do you assist in the selection of materials?

How much does it cost to finish a flat?
The cost of finishing a developer's flat depends on many factors: the area, the scope of works, the chosen standard and the quality of materials. Already at the beginning of our cooperation, we present a cost forecast with a tolerance of ±10%. We take into account both the cost of labour and the purchase of materials, so you can estimate what the final cost of finishing the developer flat will be.
For greater transparency, we also provide an indicative price per metre of flat finishing, which makes it easier to plan your budget and compare different options for completion.
Do you help with the technical acceptance of the flat?
Yes - we offer free support when you collect your flat from the developer. This is an important moment, which may affect the entire finishing process, so it is worth having someone by your side who knows what to pay attention to. We check the condition of walls, floors, installations, windows and doors - everything so that you can be sure that the property is ready for further work.
