We work with developers and investors, designing and arranging turnkey flats and houses. Our architects also design commercial interiors: offices, hotels, restaurants or shops.
Like how is the cooperation going?
We will ask for details such as the metre, floor, condition of the property, planned date, presence of a lift, scope of work, possession of the project and a pre-size projection of the flat. We respond to email enquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. In case of a missed call - we will call you back.
We will then provide you with a full step-by-step implementation process to allay any doubts.
We will provide you with a detailed estimate within 2-3 days of receiving all the necessary information.
We discuss the terms and conditions of the collaboration, answer any questions about the contract and establish a payment schedule to ensure that the collaboration is completely clear and comfortable.
Preparation of the detailed design is approximately 30 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
This includes visualisations - i.e. what your flat will look like after the renovation, a technical design - i.e. a projection on the walls, gas and heat installations, etc., and a list of equipment and materials needed, along with their costs.
We then proceed to implementation, which takes up to 6 weeks from the acceptance of the detailed design.

We give you an interior fully furnished and ready to move in. It includes everything that a basic turnkey finish doesn't: bespoke and free-standing furniture, white goods, curtains, decorations, accessories. Just pick up your suitcase and move in.

Will I know what is going on in my apartment/home?
You will have access to a Google drive with photos and videos of the current status of your investment. Without leaving your home, you can follow the renovation process and monitor the progress of the work.
What if I don't have time to engage in the process?
That's completely understandable - that's why we offer turnkey and move-in finishes, where we take full responsibility for the progress of the project. In practice, we only need you for 2-4 short meetings (e.g. in shops or online) to discuss colours, textures, aesthetics and product convenience.
We take care of everything else - from coordinating the finishing crews, to supervising the schedule, to completing the furnishings and full logistics. Once the work is complete, we hand over the finished interior, in accordance with the design, completed within budget and covered by our quality guarantee.
What is the difference between a turnkey finish and a move-in finish?
A turnkey finish is a comprehensive interior finish - including tiling, wall painting, skirting board installation, plumbing work, internal doors, lighting and a finished bathroom.
In the move-in option, we additionally take care of the furnishings - we assemble the white goods, deliver and set up the movable furniture, customised furniture according to the design, as well as accessories, textiles and decorations. The finished interior is waiting for you - all you have to do is pick up your suitcase and move in: make your first coffee and watch your first film in the perfectly cleaned flat.
Yes, we can participate in the technical acceptance of the flat. We will check whether the workmanship is in line with the design, the quality of finishing and we will point out possible defects that are worth reporting to the developer. Thanks to our experience, we are able to detect shortcomings that are often overlooked during the inspection on your own - from curved walls to installation errors, dampness, poorly made windows or electrical installations.
Do you match materials to the client's budget and expectations?
Yes - we always match the scope and level of equipment to the client's expectations. We work with both premium materials and proven, reasonably priced solutions that meet our quality standards. Many of our customers use recommended products that combine good durability with aesthetics - the result of years of practice and working with trusted suppliers. As a result, the final result is consistent and the end result satisfies even the most demanding customers.
Can I commission the design and finish of a single interior?
We specialise in the comprehensive realisation of entire flats and houses - from the first sketch to the handover of the finished interior. We do not carry out single rooms.
Do you work with clients from outside Krakow and the surrounding area?
Yes, such realisations are possible - we determine this on a case-by-case basis. It all depends on the scope and scale of the project. If you are planning a larger investment and want a comprehensive service - we will be happy to discuss the possibilities of cooperation outside of Małopolska.
Will the interior be finished to my taste for sure?
