Principles technical acceptance
During the technical inspection, only authorised persons may be present in the flat, i.e. the developer, the owner and possibly a specialist in defect assessment. It is also worth knowing that the technical inspection of the flat only applies to the primary market. In addition, the contract does not always include a subsection about this possibility of inspection, so it is important to include it there if one prefers to be sure before receiving the keys.
During the technical acceptance, the final result of the flat's finishing is assessed, whether it meets the conditions set out in the contract, and if there are any defects, they are reported in the protocol. If the developer agrees to repair them, he must be given up to 30 days to do so. It should not be forgotten that technical acceptance and key acceptance are not related concepts. They should be distinguished.
