Renovation works that definitely require a notification include erecting a fence over 2.2 m high, works on the building envelope, demolition of walls. No permit or notification is required for minor renovation work, including, for example, replacing radiators, putting in windows, painting, replacing floors, plastering or installing air conditioning.
The basic activities we carry out during renovation therefore do not require any permits or notification, although it is always worth finding out beforehand to avoid unnecessary stress.
