3-6 months - raw state

Once the plot has been prepared, earthworks begin, followed by the construction of the foundations. Then the walls, ceilings and roof are built. Increasingly, builders are opting for cellular concrete blocks, which speed up the work and make it easier to reach zero state. The roof, which closes the building, is also crucial at this stage. It is worth mentioning that when the building has reached the "shell and core" stage (i.e. with all windows and doors in place), the investor can be sure that the house is protected against the weather and that further work can begin.

6-10 months - installation and finishing

The next phase is to carry out the installations, plastering and flooring, followed by the finishing work. The schedule can be shortened if some of the prefabricated elements are used, but traditional technology works just as well.

10-12 months - acceptance and completion

At this stage, the investment takes its final shape. The house is prepared for interior decoration or for living in - depending on the standard the investor intended. The whole process is completed with formal technical acceptance, notification of the completion of the construction to the relevant office and closure of the documentation.
