Brzozówka - in the northern part of Krakow, on a plot with a beautiful view of the southern hills, an impressive villa with a usable area of 515 m² was built. The investors opted for a project with an elaborate multi-pitch roof geometry and a spacious body, which conceals many functions. Among other things, the building includes a palm house combined with a spa area - complete with sauna and jacuzzi.
Large-format glazing has been made on the south side, which not only brings light into the interior, but also provides a panoramic view of the surroundings. A two-car garage is also an integral part of the development. The building is founded on a foundation slab, and the structural and partition walls are made of Xella Silka silicate blocks. The roof covering is made of Braas ceramic tiles.
