Work carried out
Modern single-family building with a floor area of 450 m², located in the southern part of Krakow. It consists of three storeys:
- a spa area, a home cinema and utility rooms are located in the basement,
- The ground floor is the living space and the investors' private area,
- children's rooms are planned for the attic.
The house was built on a foundation slab, and the load-bearing walls were made of Xella Silka blocks. The roof was insulated with the Bauder PIR system on rafters, and covered with Erlus Linea ceramic tiles. An interesting solution is the extensive flat roofs, which serve as viewing terraces. The body of the building also includes a two-car garage.
