A single-family house with a floor area of 320 m², located near Bielany in Kraków, close to the Vistula River. Due to the high level of groundwater, a stabilised embankment for the foundation slab had to be made before construction could begin. The building itself was founded on an insulated foundation slab (heavy type insulation).
The wall structure is made of Xella Silka blocks, and the roof is made of chamber-dried KVH timber, with PIR insulation on the rafters and Erlus Linea clay tile roofing. An interesting feature of the house is the spacious spa area, which includes a sauna, swimming pool and relaxation room. There is also a two-car garage in the body of the building.
