A HOUSE THAT REALISES A LIFESTYLE - FROM DAWN TO DUSK
On the outskirts of the city, surrounded by nature, a house of an impressive 1,300 m² was created - a design and realisation that was led from start to finish by the DD Projekt team.
This is not just a luxury residence. It is a space that responds to the real needs of its residents - giving them comfort, functionality and a sense of harmony every day.
From the threshold, you can feel the coherence of aesthetics and intentions here. Natural materials dominate - wood, stone, textiles with deep textures. A thoughtful composition of light - natural and artificial - creates an atmosphere that changes according to the time of day and mood.
Relaxation and energy zone
One of the strongest points of the house is the private spa - with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and Finnish sauna. Vertical greenery, stone accents and rhythmic light divisions create an atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation. Right next door - a fully equipped gym and fitness area overlooking the garden, encouraging daily activity at your own pace.
Home cinema
After a busy day, residents can move into the cinema room, which has been designed with comfortable armchairs, a wine bar and a mini-kitchen - with space for classic popcorn and a movie night with the family. This is complemented by atmospheric lighting and perfect acoustics.
A bedroom that combines three functions
In the owners' private area, an air-conditioned bedroom with a large glass window is designed, which connects directly to the dressing room and the bath room. The latter is dominated by elegance and sensuality: a transparent bathtub in amber, a walk-in shower, double washbasins and a functional dressing table - all in daylight and surrounded by natural materials.
Living room - a communal space with character
At the centre of the house is the formal living room, which seamlessly connects the seating area with the dining room and kitchen. It is dominated by soft modular sofas, warm wood flooring, a fireplace with a stone surround and a piano set right next to it, which invites you to spend time together. Illuminated wall panels and concealed lighting lines in the ceiling give this space elegance and tranquillity.
The entire house was designed and realised in a single process - from the first meeting, concept, detailed design, procurement and the handover of the finished interior for occupancy.
This is an example of a realisation that shows that comfort can be designed.
And that a home can not only be beautiful, but also perfectly suited to the rhythm of the owners' lives.
