About the project
Single-storey detached house in the style of a modern barn with a usable attic and underground garage. The natural slope of the site has been used here. The building has features of the local landscape, brick has been used here as the outer and inner layer of the building gables. Designed on a rectangular plan. The building is divided into a day zone and a night zone.
Uniquely, the Investors' bedroom was placed on the ground floor, thinking of the future and the need to move around without architectural obstacles. The attic has been entirely designated as a zone for children and guests. The living room and dining room have been designed with exits to a spacious wooden terrace.
The building is kept in a subdued colour scheme of light beige and natural coloured clinker bricks.
Usable area of 270 m2, three bedrooms.
