A house of 433.3 m2 (including a 44.3 m2 garage and a 40 m2 terrace) with a two-car garage built into the body of the building. Detached, two-storey building, located in the depth of the plot. Plot with a steep slope.

A modern body consisting of the main part of the building - two-storey, rectangular in plan, covered by a gable roof with a 35-degree pitch - and two ground-floor parts added at opposite sides of the main part. These parts contain a garage and a winter garden serving as a dining room.

Elegant exterior finish-neutral colours in warm tones, high-quality wood cladding and large glazed facades in the living room and staircase area.

At the eastern elevation of the building is a large terrace housing the kitchen and summer dining function, as well as a swimming pool and gym with year-round use.
