About the project
A single-family house in the style of a modern barn with an attached garage. Prior to the design work, a thorough tree inventory was carried out in order to situate the building.

A single-storey house with a high opening over the living room, the attic designed for mechanical ventilation components. Designed on an „L" plan with a clearly separated night and day area.
The modern character of the building is created, among other things, by the two-storey glazing in the gable, which provides a view and entrance to the spacious living room with exposed roof truss elements. An interesting feature of the development is the year-round jacuzzi built directly into the terrace.
Finish the building's façade with natural wood in dark colours.
