Layout

House with large balcony and glazing. The body of the building is horizontal. Light colours combined with contrasting graphite give an interesting compositional form. Communication in the middle is central with a staircase. There is a storage room under the stairs with a separate entrance. Single garage with attached boiler room with external exit and a small bathroom. The large lounge area with open kitchen and wide glazing reflects the sunny character of the house.

On the first floor it has a bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom, two rooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. An additional laundry room that also serves as a storage room adds to the comfort. The project has a relatively small footprint, which translates into lower construction costs.
