Layout
In order to meet the investors' expectations, the architects held an internal competition which resulted in three different building shell concepts.
After the final selection, a two-storey building design was created with extensive covered terraces. It was also possible to create an exit from every room on the first floor to the large upper terrace.
The ground floor is divided into a living area and a working area - the law office. Opposite the entrance, the staircase to the first floor is spectacular in its form - an aesthetic value in itself (staircase-sculpture).
Usable area - 340 m2.
