After your call or email we will answer all your questions

We will ask for details such as square footage, floor, property condition, planned date, presence of elevator, scope of work, possession of a project and a plan of measurements of the apartment. We respond to e-mail inquiries within 2 hours from Monday to Sunday. In the case of an unanswered call – we will call you back.

We invite you to meet us at our office or online

We will then present you with the full implementation process step by step to dispel any doubts.

We estimate the time and costs of implementation

The offer includes cost estimates with a tolerance of ±10%.

Within 2-3 days of receiving all the necessary information, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate.

Terms of cooperation and contract

We discuss the terms of cooperation, answer any questions regarding the contract and establish a payment schedule to ensure full clarity and comfort of cooperation.

Let's get down to action!

Preparation of the executive design takes up to 30 days.

It includes visualizations – i.e. what your apartment will look like after renovation, technical design – i.e. projection of walls, gas and heating installations, etc. and a list of equipment and necessary materials along with their costs.

Then we start the implementation, the duration of which is up to 6 weeks from the acceptance of the executive design.
